Our Approach 🎯
From the beginning, we focused on deeply understanding the needs of existing ProService clients (Admin_Role), who were actively using the platform through PrismHR.We explored key questions:
What pain points were emerging during their daily use? How could we improve user retention? Could we unify all third-party services under a single, seamless login experience? And most importantly, how could we help administrators better track their own activities and analyze payroll flows for their employees?
To answer these, we conducted early-stage testing with multiple small business owners using wireframes and user flows. We compared their current workflows with new proposals, gathering direct feedback in iterative design cycles.Constant iteration, ongoing user testing, and a close relationship with current clients were essential to uncovering insights and building a solution that truly met their real-world needs.
This feedback helped us define the key boundaries, constraints, and design guidelines that shaped our first Minimum Viable Product (MVP).In parallel, we prioritized accessibility from the start. Following WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines), we ensured the interface was both inclusive and highly visible in field environments. We paid special attention to color contrast and visual clarity, designing with bold, consistent color schemes that are easily distinguishable by users working under varying lighting and environmental conditions.
