ProService Hawaii — Senior Product Designer
Primary Responsibility: Leading the UI design for the entire platform across both mobile and web/desktop experiences. Integrate the Design System created by me in the entire Design File Transform collected user data into intuitive, modern, and accessible UI Creation of a Mobile-First solution translated into a Tablet and Desktop Device. Creation of Interactive Prototype with micro-interactions and integrations Major ContributionI led the deep integration of the ProService Design System—carefully crafted by me—into the entire design experience. This initiative significantly improved the efficiency and clarity of our design-to-development handoff, enabling faster delivery and better alignment with Front-End teams. Additionally, my implementation of modern UI design solutions played a key role in the successful user testing of ProService Home, involving over 100 users across various features and use cases. The feedback confirmed the effectiveness and usability of our designs.

As a Senior UX/UI Designer, I’ve contributed to the successful launch of multiple digital products by leading design efforts and driving cross-functional collaboration. I introduced key practices—like Design Thinking workshops, Affinity Diagrams, and Card Sorting sessions—that improved how the entire team approached problem-solving alongside Product Managers and Developers One highlight was leading the refactor of Beltifich, a sports betting platform. I conducted heuristic evaluations, reimagined the user experience, and delivered a stunning mobile-first and desktop experience for both users and admins. The result: a 10.45% increase in retention and conversion after the first release. Beyond Beltifich, I’ve also played a key role in designing products in social services, work-time tracking SaaS platforms, and the full website creation for Byyutos, blending usability with high visual impact across industries.

DaCodes — Product Designer
At DaCodes, I specialized in Fintech, working on end-to-end design solutions for major financial products in Mexico.
For ION.com.mx, I led the design of a mobile-first and web platform tailored for customers acquiring personal loans. I conducted user interviews, usability testing, and both qualitative and quantitative research to identify user pain points. Using tools like Hotjar, I performed heuristic evaluations that uncovered key retention issues. I co-created the design system for ION’s digital ecosystem and delivered an intuitive, modern UI that improved the overall loan experience for users.
With DD360, I helped lay the foundation for Monopolio, a real estate and home finance platform that allows users to compare house prices across Mexico. I also contributed to the early design of Compa, a loan companion app that supports users seeking accessible financing options.
